    I would love to agree with you Khal but i think you are wrong. The record is not mixed and i'm sure thats not the final mix... In hip hop we hear many versions of tracks until the album is out. It is obvious that Nas didn't even rhyme to the beat... this was a slap together thing to see what the record would sound like. Now if this "beat" is approved by the label.. (and i dont know why it wouldn't) and Nas gets IN THE studio and flows with the beat i'm sure the record would be a smash in the street... You can really warp in reason so thats why it would sound like shit. Contrary to what you guys said about the beat.... THE BEAT IS A SMASH!...
